ShopTech Return & Refund Policy

ShopTech Electronics & Engineering is primarily an electronics repair and service company. We also sell a limited range of new and refurbished electronic products through our website.
This Return & Refund Policy applies only to products purchased from ShopTech. It does not apply to repair services, installation services, inspection charges, or diagnostic fees unless otherwise stated.
Eligible Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective on arrival.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is incomplete or missing accessories.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- It must be returned with its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products damaged by misuse, accident, liquid, fire, or unauthorized repair.
- Used or installed products unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Software, digital products, or downloadable items.
Repair Services
Repair services are non-refundable once the repair work has been completed.
If a repaired device develops the same fault within the applicable warranty period, ShopTech will inspect the device and provide warranty service according to the issued warranty terms.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because of our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), ShopTech will cover the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
