Do I have to pay any charges if I don’t take any service?
If you don't avail of any service after the technician arrives at your doorstep, you will only need to pay the visiting charge, which is BDT 200.
Do I have to pay advance money before availing your service?
Of course not! After service completion you will receive a text on your mobile from shoptech.com.bd then you have to pay through Online or Cash on Delivery.
What if they damage or something went wrong to my TV during/after servicing?
Our professional Service Providers have expert and skilled technicians. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through Shoptech.com.bd a tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve shoptech.com.bd, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made. However, your complaint for any pre-damaged problems will not be considered.
Do you give Materials/Parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture TV parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Can I buy TV materials/parts by myself and ask technician to use them?
Certainly. You can buy necessary and required materials/parts by yourself. But any operational dysfunctionality won’t be held responsible by our Service Providers and shoptech.com.bd itself.
Will my TV be taken from home for servicing?
Most of the time TV is taken away from home for servicing because of the complexity of the work scope and requires time for repairing.
